Improving Cambodia’s Society through Skillful Parenting (ICS-SP) is a national non-profit organization. This national NGO was born out of the Skillful Parenting program that was started in 2013 by the INGO Investing in Children and their Society (ICS).
ICS-SP promotes Skillful Parenting in Cambodia to equip parents and caregivers with knowledge, skills and confidence to foster a safe, non-violent and positive family environment and to prevent and reduce violence against women and children.
Currently, ICS-SP is seeking to recruit a Finance and Administrative Officer based in Phnom Penh, with strong financial experience.
1. Finance and Administrative Officer (one position)
The Finance and Administrative Officer will work on financial procedures related to the ICS-SP programs. Implement and maintain financial information system policies, procedures, standards and guidelines to provide strong internal control in accordance with the overall ICS-SP policies. Provide financial information and report to the Executive Director. Oversee day to day financial administration and reporting of the ICS-SP and ensure that it is complied with accounting system and procedure.
