THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To create the learning environment for all World Vision International staff learn by coordinate and facilitate the internal training that provide relevant basic skills/technical skills related to all staff which will develop his/her competencies to perform effectively that achieve WV’s Vision, Mission, Operations and Goals.
