FESTAURANT MANAGER

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for daily oversight and successful running of the restaurant to international standards. He or she is as well responsible for the supervising and training of all staff and students.

COOKING TEACHERS

The Cooking Teacher is responsible on the daily oversight and running of the restaurant kitchen and of supervising, training of all students.

SERVICE TEACHER
================
The Service Teacher is responsible for the daily oversight and running of the restaurant and supervising and training of all students.

CASHIER

The cashier is responsible for handling all customer payment transactions at the restaurant and training all restaurant students.
