FINANCE/ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

The Finance/Admin Assistant is employed to ensure all program staff has appropriate and sufficient finance and administration support and to ensure compliance of sound financial and procurement management. She/he will be responsible for building understanding on Save the Children’s finance/administration policies and guidelines for the field program staff in the regional coverage areas.
AWARDS AND REPORTING COORDINATOR

The holder of this position coordinates awards related processes associated with awards and partner agreements and awards closure processes. The position is key in terms of coordinating and tracking the internal planning and reporting processes, compiling the needed information according to SCI guidelines and formats and meeting set deadlines. S/he is also responsible for coordinating with other sections to compile donor reports of high quality according to set guidelines and in a timely manner. The person will also provide some support in resource mobilization and proposal development.
AWARDS AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER

The purpose of this post is to work with the Awards Management System to ensure that all award documentations and award records in the system are completed and up-to-date, to monitor the progress of all awards in terms of compliance through monthly budget vs. actual spending analysis and conducting regular field monitoring. The role is also to ensure all awards related compliance such as financial and procurement procedures are adhered to, to meet SCI and member/donor requirements.
