Mith Samlanh provides vocational training, education, counseling, food, shelter, medical services and various outreach programs to 15,000 children, youth and families per year in Phnom Penh.

You will be joining the multi-disciplinary team of Mith Samlanh comprised of over 250 professionals committed to achieving best quality and innovative holistic service for children, youth and families in and around Phnom Penh.
What will you do?
As a Human Resources Coordinator you would be supporting teams working directly on the field and in head office, ensuring that people’s talent is managed well and trained so that the best social service provision is provided to children youth, families and communities. As a senior management position within the organization, you will lead and manage the HR and Admin team.
This includes leading the development and implementation of HR policies, overseeing recruitment and integration of new comers, providing ongoing support to the teams, coordinating training and mentoring activities and ensuring the work of teams is done with the highest possible quality and satisfaction of individuals.
Initiatives to support and develop include:
Implementation and regular update of HR policies based on best practice and the labor law
Training and mentoring of teams and managers on best practice
Recruitment and new comer integration and also support for performance appraisals, reviews and terminations
Creating an outcome focused structures and systems
Staff talent pipeline and succession planning
Coordinating trainings and staff capacity building
