Catholic Relief Services (CRS) was founded in 1943 by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops to assist the poor and disadvantaged. CRS returned to Cambodia in 1991 and currently works in the sectors of Health and Inclusive Education, with approximately 11 local partners. A head office is located in Phnom Penh. CRS Cambodia is the hub office for Southeast Asia programming, including Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam and other outreach countries.

To be based in Preah Neat Preah OD, Banteay Meanchey Province; Thmar Koul OD, Battambang Province;
Chhouk and Kampong Trach ODs, Kampot Province; Ang Snoul OD, Kandal Province; Kep OD, Kep Province; Pailin OD, Pailin Province and Kralanh and Sotr Nikum ODs, Siem Reap Province.

JOB SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of HIV Team Leader/HIV Project Manager, the HIV OD Coordinator will manage and implement HIV project activities in assigned ODs/provinces within BTB, Pailin, BMC, Siem Reap Kandal, Kep and Kampot provinces. With support from HIV Team Leader/HIV Project Manager, s/he will work closely with relevant government partners and community structures to coordinate, monitor, supervise and implement project activities in the assigned ODs/provinces. In addition, s/he will work closely with stakeholders at provincial, district, commune and village levels to implement the project activities, foster beneficiary accountability and on-going learning on HIV programming to contribute to improving quality of HIV Programming.
