NGO Coalition on the Rights of the Child (NGOCRC) is an alliance of National and International NGOs, advocates for Child Rights in Cambodia and ensures support for UNCRC through monitoring its implementation, cooperation with member organizations, and networking with relevant agencies. With funding support from Plan International Cambodia under the project named Promotion of Child Participation, NGOCRC has been coordinating Child Advocate Network (CAN) since late 2006 to have them influence decision making process at different levels. To improve their works in next three years, NGOCRC is now seeking for the qualified national or International candidates of individual or group consultants to develop their strategic plan 2015-2017.
Purpose of the Consultancy
The purpose of this consultancy is to develop CAN strategic plan 2015-2017 with the mission of CAN. The strategic plan will provide realistic and practical goals, objectives, and strategies to structure the CAN work with interactive participatory methodologies involving CAN, CST, child and youth let groups and key stakeholders.

The Open Institute is a local Cambodian NGO which supports the social and economic development of Cambodia by working in two major fields: gender equity and information technology development.
The Open Institute is working on several exciting programs in which technology is used to to strengthen the functioning of Cambodia's health system and support the delivery of health services.
