The Capacity Building of Cambodia’s Local Organizations (CBCLO) Program is a five-year program supports USAID’s focus on engaging local partners and building their capacity to sustainably implement development programming. Its objective is to strengthen the institutional capacity of local organizations in financial, administrative, procurement, and organizational management, including those not currently receiving USAID funding, to effectively implement USAID-funded activities.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing general technical and administrative support to the CBCLO Program, as well as managing the program’s volunteer and marketing activities. The Program Coordinator is based at the CBCLO Phnom Penh Office and reports to the Chief of Party (COP).  Fluency in written and spoken English and Khmer is mandatory for this position.
