In close cooperation and coordination with program team and partners, the PM shall ensure that the program: Empowering CSOs and Marginalized Community in Cambodia to Claim Land Tenure Security is implemented according to the approved proposal and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the European Commission Civil Society Organizations/ Local Authorities (CSOs/LAs) in Development and European Instruments for Democracy and Human Rights- Country Based Support Scheme (EIDHR –CBSS). GENERAL INFORMATION AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Under the umbrella “Project for Agricultural Development and Economic Empowerment” (PADEE) which is being executed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF), the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations has been providing recordkeeping, accounting and reporting services to up to 772 of 984 Improved Group Revolving Funds (IGRFs) of approximately 50 members each in five provinces (Kampot, Kandal, Prey Venh, Svay Rieng and Takeo) in Cambodia. The requested services are as the following:
- Phone survey comprising about 10 multiple choice questions per respondent;
- All 984 IGRFs are to be surveyed in 2016, and again in 2017, with at least one interview per IGRF per year;
- Frequency/timing is to be discussed and determined but the first surveys should be conducted in January 2016;
- Preparation of a report on the survey in the English language;
- All primary/raw data are to be submitted in Excel format; and,
- The phone interviews are to be conducted in Khmer language.
In order to qualify, interested institutions intending to bid must provide evidence of the following:
- Experience with conducting phone surveys in Cambodia; and,
- A track record of a minimum of three years of successful business operations in or outside of Cambodia.
